Du Parc Hotel is the ideal place for a holiday, away from the stress, in an exclusive setting. The excellent location in the centre of Sauze D’Oulx makes it perfect for combining relaxation, sport and entertainment.

Located in the heart of the largest ski area in the European Alps , the Via Lattea with its 460km of ski slopes make it a very popular destination for lovers of skiing.

The 19 rooms and suites follow a traditional style but each of them with a personal touch that makes them unique. They are equipped with every comfort and panoramic view.

A wellness area with heated outdoor jacuzzi, our “3P” restaurant with excellent cuisine and the private covered parking will make your stay even more comfortable and pleasant.

STRUCTURE

Du Parc hotel has 19 rooms, all recently renovated in Alpine style with modern lines and elements with a warm and welcoming design. Comfort and attention to small details and the colors and furnishings will invite you to complete relaxation and will make you feel a bit like at home.
Completely soundproofed, all rooms are equipped with shower, hairdryer, courtesy products, minibar, SAT TV, free Wi-Fi, safe, telephone, kettle.
Our Suites have a heated hydromassage tub or jacuzzi on a large terrace.

Restaurant

Our Bistro, 3P Restaurant situated within the hotel offers an elegant modern dining room. The high quality of the produce used are able to make every meal a real culinary experience. We focus everything on fresh, genuine and top quality ingredients, favouring local products, to create simple but tasty dishes. Our Chef mixes tradition with new trends, enthusiasm and creativity with attention to detail.

One of 3P’s specialities are the jacket potatoes , slowly cooked in the oven and filled with delicious fresh and quality produce.

An added treat are our pizzas at Bistro 3P freshly prepared, using only the best ingredients following the Napolitan tradition and cooked in our high tech pizza oven producing exquisite pizzas.

Within the Du Parc Hotel there is a welcoming SPA an ideal place to find harmony and relaxation.

We offer you the opportunity to immerse yourself in the vapours of the Finnish sauna, to relax in the outdoor hydromassage tub heated to a temperature of around 30°C and to try the emotional shower.

There is also a delicious herbal tea corner to hydrate and relax the mind. A quiet and relaxing space, dedicated to self-care. It is possible to book a 40 minute session at our reception.

Ski slopes

Sauze d’Oulx is one of the most significant and renowned centres in the skiing resort of Via Lattea, offering lovers of this winter sport 400km of slopes to enjoy.Here, you can enjoy a 360° skiing experience, with numerous trails of varying difficulties and types, immersed within a stunning natural setting.

Mountain trails

Located on the slopes of Mount Genevris, Sauze d’Oulx is also known as the Balcony of the Alps thanks to its position within a panoramic basin in the High Suza Valley, in a natural setting that is rich in evocative landscapes and excursion trails, many of which can also be explored during the winter period with snowshoes.

Mountain Bike

Sauze d’Oulx is  is full of trails that can be explored on a mountain bike, from single trails to toboggans. Bikers can practice various specialities and put themselves to the test on the many trails of various kinds: mountain bike trails, downhill trails, free ride trails, gravity trails, enduro trails and cross country trails.
